Fitness Ambassador
I am with 4,500 ambassadors who promote fitness. “We’re convinced that we run faster in pink shoelaces. We love to sweat, and sweat hard. We believe in pushing ourselves, and we believe in giving ourselves a break, too. We’re all about the rush of endorphins and the thrill of the challenge. We’re all for looking great and feeling even better. We’re committed to finding our best fit, and making it stick. No matter where you are on your journey to active living, we are your champions and your cheerleaders. You belong here. We are your active community. Sweat Pink with us.
I joined into fitness chats on twitter for the past two years & finally one day decided to join. I became a member in October 2014. “FitFluential is Fitness Found. What is Fitness Found? Whether you’re a biker, runner, lifter or yogi, we want to help you find your fitness. With workouts and recipes that encompass all types of exercise and eating, our goal is to provide you with the tools and information you need to find a healthy lifestyle that works for you, whatever that may be. We work with brand partners to bring you the latest in fitness technology, healthy eating, supplements, apparel and more. Our goal is to inspire and motivate people to be their best through community encouragement and connecting with each other based on our love of health and fitness. We’re passionate about our community and look forward to connecting with you, and connecting you with other health and fitness enthusiasts. Join us for Twitter chats where we discuss topics relevant to a healthy lifestyle, enter giveaways for cutting-edge products, and stay informed of the latest developments in health and fitness.”
Blogging Resources
I started blogging back when LiveJournal was a thing in 2001 and eventually had my own website. As social media started to play a larger role and my interests split I found SITS to have resources for me to use. From their site: “When The Secret is in the Sauce (aka The SITS Girls) was founded in 2008, its objective was simple: To create a space where bloggers could find their tribe and grow their audience. Although the site has evolved over the years, its commitment to this mission has not changed. Whether you are new to blogging and looking for blogs to read, or a veteran blogger interested in learning everything you can about social media and making money from sponsored posts, The SITS Girls community is for you!”
I’ve learned more indepth about pinterest with this group! My favorite part is how the periscope account is used to teach us all and we can interact. Also the google groups are excellent. My favorite part is how I can connect with a group of women who have a blended background like me. I’m Ecuadorian AND American! “Latinas from around the world are blogging about fashion, food, beauty, parenting and more, and they turn to Latina Bloggers Connect to learn about what’s new, to find collaborators and to network with the best. We come together in English, in Spanish, in Spanglish and in partnership to support each member’s growth.”
